Binding version. The German version of this privacy policy is the binding one. This English text is a translation for convenience.
This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no external fonts and no social media components. No data is transferred to third parties. There is therefore no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

2. Visiting the website (server logs)
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores data in log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the file retrieved, amount of data transferred, status of the request, referring page, browser type and operating system.
Purpose: delivering the page, operational security, defence against
attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure and
uninterrupted operation.
Retention: logs are deleted or shortened after seven days at the latest.
They are not combined with other data.
Hosting is provided by STRATO GmbH, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, processing data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Contact by e-mail
If you write to us, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: until your enquiry has been dealt with, beyond that only where commercial or tax retention periods apply.
4. Language and colour scheme (local storage)
To remember your chosen language and the light or dark colour scheme, the site stores
two values in your browser's localStorage. These values never leave your
device, contain no personal data and are not evaluated. This is strictly necessary
storage within the meaning of § 25(2)(2) TDDDG; no consent is required. You can delete
the values at any time via your browser settings.
5. Encryption
This website is delivered over an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS).
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to the address above is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
